Punklandia is a six-part Finnish documentary series that presents the history of the Finnish punk movement from its inception to its cultural legacy. Using rare archival footage, contemporary concert material, and interviews with defining musicians, journalists, organizers, and participants of the era, it explores how punk became one of the strongest forms of self-expression for Finnish youth from the late seventies. Besides the music, the series also showcases DIY culture, fashion, social rebellion, underground communities, and the lasting impact of punk on Finnish society, providing a comprehensive overview of one of Europe's most significant punk scenes.
