The Padlock (Visací zámek) has been an undeniable legend of the Czech punk rock scene since the early 80s. This entertaining, caricature-like mockumentary tells the band's incredible story, where fact and fiction completely blur. Their first concert was cancelled due to Brezhnev's funeral, and another was scheduled for the very day the Velvet Revolution broke out, after which, according to legend, their outraged fans went to demonstrate. Did they really start the revolution? By the end, it's impossible to tell what's true and what's just the band's brilliant, mystifying humor.
